Shri Mataji used the ancient process of awakening the Kundalini as the foundation of Sahaja Yoga Meditation. In the past, this awakening was considered difficult and available only after arduous effort, purification, and prolonged practice.

Shri Mataji discovered a spontaneous method to awaken this inner spiritual energy. It requires no previous knowledge, payment, diploma, or formal membership. Like a candle that is lit can light another candle, this awakening can be passed from one person to another.

Benefits of Connecting with Sahaja Yoga

The Kundalini resides at the base of the spinal cord. When awakened, it rises through the subtle system and can be felt as a cool breeze above the head and on the palms of the hands.

Regular meditation helps reduce stress and fatigue, restore emotional balance, and bring a sense of peace and satisfaction even in turbulent circumstances.

Every Saturday at 6:30 PM at Pratishthan Pune.

Bhajans

6:30 PM to 7:00 PM in the Main Meditation Hall.

Guided Meditation

From 7:00 PM onward, guided by experienced Sahaja Yogis.

Join the live 1-hour online session every Saturday at 5:00 PM.
